These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") Aviator JIT These terms apply to the use of the platform and all its services. By using our website or app, you are deemed to have automatically accepted these terms and conditions. Please read them in full before registering.

Each user may only register one account. If multiple accounts are created by the same person or family members sharing the same device or IP address, this will be considered a violation of our rules. Aviator JIT may request completion of a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process at any time.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Sharing your login credentials with any third party is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorised access must be reported to our support team immediately.

Aviator JIT accepts deposits via popular mobile banking services in Bangladesh. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Your account balance will be credited only after a deposit has been successfully processed. If a deposit fails for any reason, please contact our support team with the transaction reference number.

Aviator JIT does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. We reserve the right to verify any account where suspicious transactions are identified.

Withdrawal Conditions:

If any fraudulent activity is detected in connection with Aviator JIT's bonus programme — such as claiming bonuses from multiple accounts or attempting to circumvent bonus terms — we reserve the right to forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings.

Core Gaming Rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a round is cancelled due to a technical error, all bets will be refunded.
• If your internet connection is lost, any active bets will be processed automatically.
• Exploiting any bug or glitch in the gaming software or systems is strictly prohibited.
• Using auto-bet features or bots to play games is prohibited.

Aviator JIT reserves the right to immediately suspend any account found to be in breach of the above rules and to forfeit all balances and winnings. In serious cases, the matter may also be referred to law enforcement.

Aviator JIT reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Where evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation is found.
• Providing false information during the KYC verification process.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.

You may also voluntarily request account closure at any time. In such cases, any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) can be withdrawn through the standard process.

Inactive accounts may be charged an inactivity fee of up to ৳50 per month; however, the total balance will never fall below zero.

Aviator JIT is committed to delivering the highest quality of service. However, we shall not be held liable in the following circumstances:

• If a user is unable to participate in a game due to loss of internet connection.
• Delays caused by technical issues on third-party payment systems.
• If a user's password or account details are compromised due to their own negligence.
• In the event of temporary service disruption caused by unexpected server downtime.

In the event of a dispute, the maximum compensation shall be limited to the original amount of the transaction in question. Aviator JIT is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

Aviator JIT reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Users will be notified at least 7 days before any significant changes take effect.

Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you may request to close your account.
